Combat the effects of sleep deprivation with ERW Active’s sleep supplement
Sleep is one of the most essential functions of your body. It allows both your mind and body to recharge and wake up feeling refreshed, renewed and ready for a new day. And sleep isn’t just essential for how you feel: it is just as important for the overall health of your immune system.
During sleep, your breathing and muscle activity slow down. This frees up energy for your immune system to repair and restore your body. While you sleep, your immune system releases certain proteins that your body needs to heal from infections or inflammations—and to recover from being under stress.
Without enough quality sleep, your production of these proteins may decrease—and this can affect your immune function and your overall health. In fact, besides affecting your immune system the side effects of sleep deficits are linked to:
Increased production of stress hormone,Weight gain,Reduced ability to focus,Increased reaction times and reduced alertness,Lower productivity,Decreased emotional stability and much more.
That’s why ERW Active have developed SLEEP: the natural sleep remedy to help promote better sleep. Part of the ERW Active HYDRATION collection which also includes HYDRATE and My Fight Pack™️, SLEEP is the sleep supplement designed to work with your physiology to promote better immune function, gut health and overall well-being.
The drug free, science-based supplement for better sleep
Developed by Hannah Grant and Dr Stacy Sims, ERW Active’s SLEEP is made from high quality ingredients with natural adaptogens. The sleep supplement contains tart cherry, ashwaghanda, and rhodiola rosea. The supplement is designed as a simple sleep drink: all you need to do is mix one pack of SLEEP with 500 ml of cold water. Drink SLEEP 30-60 minutes before bedtime—and you’re ready for a good night’s sleep.
The supplement is designed to work with your physiology to promote better sleep and health in your everyday life. That means that you needn’t worry about developing a habit when supplementing with SLEEP: ERW Active’s sleep supplement is a drug free, non-addictive sleep remedy.
SLEEP contains tart cherry extract: a natural ingredient which helps promote production of the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is naturally found in your body and is beneficial for improving both the duration and quality of your sleep.

Containing the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium, the sleep supplement is designed to be absorbed by your body where it’s needed. This helps keep you hydrated—and hydration is crucial to waking well-rested and ready for a new day.
Sleep drink trial: how volunteers benefited from SLEEP
As part of its development, ERW Active’s SLEEP remedy was tested on 650 volunteers. The results of this trial showed that on average, volunteers with sleep trackers achieved double the amount of deep sleep, 50% more REM sleep and a 50-minute overall increase in sleep per night compared to nights without ERW Active SLEEP.
Overall, 89% of volunteers without sleep trackers reported that their quality of sleep after consuming ERW Active SLEEP had increased between 25% and 50% and that they felt significantly better.
